To write a review, search for the company in our directory, click on it and press "Write a review". You need to create a free account. All reviews are reviewed by our team before being published.

All reviews go through a human review. Reviews that include proof of use (screenshot, transaction receipt) are published with the "Verified" label.

You can register your business for free from the "For businesses" section. Once registered, you can access your dashboard to manage your profile, reply to reviews and view analytics.

Nothing. Having your profile, verifying it, replying to every review, getting an email alert when a new one arrives and seeing your stats is all free. The paid plan only adds visibility: a featured spot in your category and a place on the home page.

The reputation scoring is a score from 0 to 100 automatically calculated by the platform based on: average rating, review volume, response rate, business verification and profile completeness.

Yes. Every review has a "Report" button where you can indicate the reason. Our team will review the report confidentially and take the necessary action.
