Are reviews verified? +
All reviews go through a human review. Reviews that include proof of use (screenshot, transaction receipt) are published with the "Verified" label.
How can I register my business? +
You can register your business for free from the "For businesses" section. Once registered, you can access your dashboard to manage your profile, reply to reviews and view analytics.
What do the paid plans include? +
Paid plans include features such as replying to reviews, business verification, premium positioning, competitor profile ads and advanced analytics. Check our pricing page for more details.
What is the reputation scoring? +
The reputation scoring is a score from 0 to 100 automatically calculated by the platform based on: average rating, review volume, response rate, business verification and profile completeness.
Can I report a fake review? +
Yes. Every review has a "Report" button where you can indicate the reason. Our team will review the report confidentially and take the necessary action.
