A Nasdaq-listed operator selling rigs and cloud contracts
Bitdeer states on its about page that it is a Nasdaq-listed company trading under the ticker BTDR, which places it among the very few names in this corner of the market obliged to file public accounts. That page also reports large facilities in the United States, Canada, Norway and Bhutan, amounting to 1,658 MW of power capacity and 71.0 EH/s, with locations in Texas, Tennessee, Washington, Molde, Tydal and the Himalayan foothills. Those totals are marked as accurate at 31 December 2025 and were read on 8 August 2026.
It builds its own machines under the SEALMINER name. The A3 Pro Hydro is listed at 660 terahash and 12.5 joules per terahash for 9,900 US dollars, reduced to 9,478, a price the page itself expresses as 14.36 dollars per terahash. An A4 Ultra Hydro at 886 terahash and 9.45 joules per terahash is flagged only as coming. Containerised Minerbase units appear at 26,999 and 34,999 dollars, and a freight calculator and bulk ordering share the same menu.
The firm also sells cloud contracts, co-mining arrangements and hash rate trading. No return figure for any of them appears on the pages examined, and its service agreement says plainly that it makes no promise of specific results and gives no investment advice. Any yield quoted elsewhere should therefore be treated as a projection carrying a date, not an entitlement. A separate artificial intelligence arm is advertised from 2.00 dollars an hour on NVIDIA accelerators.
The small print is unusually restrictive and easy to miss. That same agreement limits direct damages recoverable from the firm to ten US dollars unless something else has been agreed in writing. Disputes go to arbitration at the Singapore International Arbitration Centre, seated in Singapore before three arbitrators, in English, with class and collective claims barred and costs falling on the losing side. Residents of comprehensively sanctioned jurisdictions are excluded, and no money is returned to a restricted person who signs up anyway.
After-sales runs through a dedicated portal covering warranty checks, repair tickets, manuals, spare accessories and a list of service centres. On geographic coverage the firm is candid: asked what a customer should do when no repair centre is nearby, its own help entry replies that more locations will be added over time. For a buyer outside the served countries, return freight on a heavy machine is the cost line to price in first.
